did a 7-day safari in Uganda and Rwanda with Antique, and had a marvelous trip. The owner Geoff made planning super easy. He answered my initial email instantly and took careful note of all my interests to give me the exact trip I wanted at a reasonable price. In 6 days I did 3 primate treks, a boat safari, 2 game drives, 2 community visits and a hike to Dian Fossey’s work site and grave, and ended with a day tour of Kigali. Geoff did a masterful job setting up all the trekking and hiking permits, the border crossing, the community visits, all the scheduling and of course good lodging and food. My driver/guide Justus was kind, funny, friendly to all, and eager to impress me with his wonderful country. I highly recommend this company.

We spent a total of three months traveling in Africa. We reached the end of our trip in mid-June and after our stay in the Antique cottages at Lake Bunyonyi we set off for Rwanda - at that time without a concrete plan. We ended up with Geofrey as our driver - our perfect coincidence. In no time at all, he drew up a plan to fill the next few weeks. We enjoyed every single day and had a wonderful time. Even back in Uganda he also showed us some great spots that we would not have seen without him. Thank you very much! What an unbelievable experience! We cannot praise highly enough the organizers of this trip. Antique Safaris and our all knowledgeable, kind, passionate Tour Guide - Geofrey. Some of the roads we drove over were worse than diabolical, but we never had a single worry with him at the wheel. We had nothing but total confidence in his driving ability. Everything went to plan from the pickup at the airport through accommodation, lunches on the road, and Wow the safaris. Naturally, hanging out with the Gorillas was the pinnacle. We had a mother Gorilla with a baby on her back pose for photos just a couple of meters away from us before sauntering off into the jungle Our package was all-inclusive, so accommodation and meals were taken care of. The package includes different types of accommodation for every night, for instance one night with a view of the forest, another night with the view of a lake, etc. We cannot recommend highly enough to Antique Tours.

I spent the next three days traveling through the country and its national parks with the company's CEO. He had an answer to every question, and everything was tailored to my desires. After visiting Lake Mburo National Park, we concluded the journey with a visit and a boat tour in the Bamamba Swamps near Entebbe. The boat tour was an absolutely fantastic experience that I would love to repeat.
